-Answer: When defective products are found, we promise to take the following responsibilities:
1.12 months warranty from the first day you receive the goods;
2. Replacement products will be sent together with your next order;
3. If customers require , refund for defective products.

Q: Do you accept ODM and OEM orders?
-Answer: Yes, we provide ODM and OEM services for global customers, we are able to customize shells in different styles and different brand sizes, we also customize circuit boards and packaging boxes according to your requirements.

Q: What is the MOQ?
-- A: The MOQ for standardized products is 10 pcs; for customized products, the MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample order.

Q: How long is the lead time?
-Answer: The delivery time of sample order is 3-5 days, and the delivery time of bulk order is 5-15 days.

Q: Do you provide free samples?
-Answer: Yes, we provide free samples for distributors and wholesalers, but customers should bear the freight. We do not provide free samples to end users.

A: 1. Send us the model, brand and quantity, consignee information, shipping method and payment terms by email;
